Takami Edamame
4 cups steamed edamame
2 T canola oil
1 T butter
4 large cloves garlic
2 T soy sauce
Heat oil and butter together with pressed or finely chopped garlic. When oil is hot add edamame and soy sauce. Cook until garlic is slightly brown and edamame is carmelized from the soy sauce, about 5 min. Serve with brown rice.
