Pecan Praline Bars

1/2 cup butter at room temperature
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Cream butter and sugar and add salt and flour. Mix until it looks like wet sand. Press into a foil lined 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with 2 1/2 cups pecan halves.

Melt 1 and 1 1/2 cubes butter and 1/3 cup brown sugar in sauce pan. When it comes to a hard boil sitr constantly for 30 more seconds.
Pour over pecans and crust mixture. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares.
