Easy Breadsticks




1/2 cups warm water

1 T yeast

2 T sugar

Mix and let sit for 10 minutes until bubbly

Add 3 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 cup real parmesan cheese

Mix until the dough forms a ball. Let it rise for 20 minutes in a bowl covered.Sprinkle some cornmeal on your pan and shape your dough into the desired size and shape.

Pour on 1/4 melted butter

3 chopped cloves of garlic
1/4 c dried parsley1/2 c real shredded parmesan cheese
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce

I made your breadsticks tonight. Yummy - yummy. The recipe only called for a 1/2 water - it was too dry, so I added some more. But I was wondering if you had a specific amount.

Hey Toby, how are all your little ones?! You may have to adjust the amout of flour that you use.
