Recipe of the day June 7th

Kids will eat it Clam Chowder recipe
1 onion onion chopped
2 stalks celery chopped
10 baby carrots sliced
Cook in 1/4 cup butter until just soft
Add 1/4 flour and cook for 1 min while stirring
Add juice from 2 6.5 oz cans clam (I used Snows) 2 14.5 oz cans chicken broth
32 oz half and half
8 med red potatoes diced
Add clams
Salt and pepper to taste
1T dried thyme 2T dried parsley
1T dried dill
Simmer on low until potatoes are soft
